Employment opportunities are posted on Shared Technologies Inc.’s web-site. Positions are posted through Ceridian Recruiting System (CRS), STI’s recruiting system, and are viewed by accessing and searching the Careers section of www.sharedtechnologies.com or by following a link from a Monster.com or CareerBuilder.com.
You may view the open positions and apply to one, or many, positions.
You will be asked to enter your e-mail address as well as a password that you would use to apply for additional positions at STI. Upon entering that information, you’ll be required to acknowledge the Application Authorization and upload your resume to the CRS system.
The application that we require you to complete is very brief and requires an uploaded copy of your resume as well as some other basic information and a password. Once the first application is created, it may be attached to other requisitions by signing in with your e-mail address and password.
Please note: You do not need to have a separate e-mail address and password for each position to which you apply. You can use the same e-mail address and password for every position.
You may use your e-mail address and password to check your status with regard to positions to which you have applied, to apply to additional positions or to update or change information in your profile. If you forget your password, you may request it from the employment opportunities page.
Once you apply to a position, you are linked to that position in the Applicant Tracking System. Hiring Managers have access to view candidates at any time. If a hiring manager would like to know more about you, he or she will contact you either via e-mail or phone to request additional information, conduct a phone screen, or schedule an interview. If you are scheduled for an interview, you will also receive an application that you can complete on line, print, sign, and send in to HR.
If you are not a match for the position, your information will be kept on file to review for possible future openings. You will be able to view your status at any time by logging in on the Employment Opportunities section of the STI web-site.
During the final rounds of interviewing, the hiring manager will request that a Background Check Consent be completed and submitted it to STI’s Human Resources department.
Once a final candidate is chosen, with management approval and a clear background check, an official offer letter is sent out. The signed offer letter would be sent to STI’s Human Resources department to officially accept Shared Technologies Inc.’s offer of employment.
